About Me
As a Researcher at the Tyndall Center for Climate Change Research, I explore how circular business models are developed, established, and scaled. My research focuses on both the organizational level, examining the circular strategies of social enterprises, and the systems level, exploring the co-creation of circular business models in multi-stakeholder settings, drawing on management and organizational theories.
As a Director, I founded and lead the African Social Enterprise Workshop (ASEW), a technical support platform for African social enterprises. ASEW offers enterprise training and knowledge exchange activities, empowering them to sustain their impact. The platform also convenes the annual Sustaining Impact Summit (SIS), which aims to champion the sustenance of impact and impact-focused organizations across Africa. Read more here.
As an Early-stage venture adviser, I consult for early-stage entrepreneurs organizing for sustainability in Africa and the UK through fellowship roles and in an independent capacity.
